Sony India bags 5 Awards at Smart Photography for their exceptional gadgets

We are proud and delighted to announce that Sony India has won a host of awards including the Best Full Frame Camera of the year and Most Prestigious Camera of the Year at Innovation, Technology and Imaging Awards 2020, powered by Smart Photography. The event was hosted in New Delhi this year, on the 5th of February.

For those of you who are not aware, Smart Photography exhibits the world’s finest photographs across all fields. From fashion to wildlife, it aims to provide a whole host of interactive tools and multimedia content for its viewers and help passionate photographers have a platform to showcase their pure artistry. Quality is second nature for Smart Photography and they have a committed towards the expansion of the Indian photographic industry.

Here is the list of awards that we bagged in proudly:

1. Full frame camera of the year – Alpha 7R IV

This 61-megapixel resolution camera comes with 15 stop dynamic range and astounding low-light feature which makes it remarkably different. No wonder it’s the winner!

2. Most prestigious camera of the year - Alpha 7R IV

Alpha 7R IV is the most prestigious camera of the year, not only because of its 61-megapixel resolution but load of other features which includes industry-leading autofocus tracking, 10fps continuous bursts shooting and best 4K video of any high-resolution camera

3. Best wide-angle lens of the year – FE 24mm F1.4 GM

This prime lens attracts attention because of its lightweight, small size and exceptionally sharp images. Thanks to its excellent G Master performance!

4. Best telephoto prime lens FE 135MM 1.8 GM

What makes this camera a different one is its overall sharpness, perfect contrast and immaculate build quality. Indeed, a peach of a lens!

5. Compact camera of the year – RX100 VII

Thanks to its larger sensors, higher optical zoom and image quality that even after the onslaught of smartphones, Sony’s RX100 VII has served its purpose well and won the title of the best compact camera of the year.
