I am a freelance Director of Photography. I have started my career as a video journalist with CNN-IBN in 2005 and worked for almost 4 years in TV with CNN & NEWS X. Later I have started working my own with various production houses as freelance DOP and got a chance to work on Award winning Documentaries, TV Shows and Bollywood films. As i extensively worked on lighting film sets and TV studios, I picked photography as a hobby and started doing travel, landscape and Architecture extensively.
Expert's Comment: Very well captured shades of the sky along with hot air balloons, filling & balancing the space. I love the layers across the frame, the horizon, mountains & clouds making it a complete picture.
Capture some interesting shots of dramatic sky and smoky cloud and share them in our June Sony α photo contest themed " Divine Sky and Clouds” and get a chance to win any one of the below: α lens worth up to Rs.50,000/- OR RX100M2 OR 4K ActionCam FDR-X3000 OR Actioncam HDR-AS50R with Live View Remote. Tip: To beautifully capture sky and clouds, one needs fantastic light along with the Star-Burst effect. To get best Star-Burst effect one needs to expose sun flare at smallest aperture of f:16 or 22, it results best diffraction through close down narrow aperture which form Star effect. Compose your shot by using widest focal length possible for best dramatic angle of view & unusual perspective.
