India in its true glory- Harmony If you would ask me to define The Glory of India, I would say only one word- Harmony, regardless of its diversity the harmony runs through our blood and passed down to generation after generation, from the folklore and fairy tales from the Grandmother to the modern advancement, India remains glorious in its togetherness. Krishnabai Temple, at Old Mahabaleshwar, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra. A beautiful , isolated , and less known temple at the Edge of Krishna River valley . The very ancient and carved temple has a Shiva lingam and statue of Goddess Krishna. A small and clean stream of the river flowing from a gomukh falls in a very symmetrical Kund, Krishna rivers headwaters from here. Stone carved symetrical columns and beautiful ceilings are the special characteristics of this temple.
