Capturing the Beauty of the Universe.
I was passionate about photography and decided to give it a go whole-heartedly in 2010 when I quit my IT job and held the camera UP. Wedding photography happened when I started shooting the big day of my friends around. I was fascinated by the amount of happiness I could capture in the frame and the power to freeze the moments forever.
Everyone seems to be overwhelmingly happy about the eve. That struck me hard and ever since that, wedding photography has been my forte.
I started ‘Studio A’ back then and it was me and one more editor, all that we had as a team. It’s been 5 years, ‘Studio A’ is now an energetic team of 25 comprising of photographers, editors, videographers, and managers. Looking back at the moment that I decided to take this plunge, I feel grateful to my instincts. I am totally enjoying the ride now. We are a family of passionate individuals sharing the common dream of making memories.
People and memories keep me going. As much as I love clicking pictures, I treasure the friends I’ve made along the way. Every wedding gifts me with wonderful friends for life, and every travel gifts me priceless memories. I believe this keeps me going.
Photography to me is a window of happiness. I enjoy clicking the beauty of the universe, in whatever forms it is. I travel a lot and love clicking pictures on the go. I have a deep-rooted interest in heritage, and my recent project STONES & STORIES – The timeless Kanchi Kailasanathar temple is the beginning of a series of temples that I plan to document over the coming years.
I believe in the power of visual storytelling in touching lives and creating an impact. BIG SHORT FILMS, my recent venture is all about that, where we make social short films from real life stories. Each of these stories creates a ripple that travels far and spreads positivity. This, and more in the mind, I look forward to creating a better world with the craft I have in hand. One moment at a time, life is beautiful!
