• This Site is owned and operated by M/s. Sony India Private Limited ("Sony", "We", "us").
• This Site is to offer cloud space to our Mirrorless, DSLR, SLT, ILCE, NEX, CreativePro and RX Camera Users/Owners (hereafter "Community") to upload, share and store their photographs or images. It is clarified that Video(s) are not permitted to be uploaded on this Site.
• The registration on this site is Free of Cost ("FOC").
• If you are considered a minor in your country, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Service. Please have them read these Terms of Use with you.
• We, at all times shall be responsible for the safe custody of any/all personal information (hereafter "Data") that has been collected from you during the registration process. We, at all times, shall be responsible for the data to be secured, conserved and protected in such secure manner consistent with the extant security standards and corresponding measures that may be required.
• Please only upload photographs or images that are relevant and appropriate and meet intellectual property and privacy laws.
• You must hold the copyright of the images that you are uploading. Images that are considered to infringe the copyright or trademarks of other individuals, organizations or companies must not be uploaded.
• You must not upload photographs that contain objectionable content, including but not limited to nudity, violence, and other offensive, illegal or inappropriate images.
• You understand that we do not monitor all user’s photograph(s)/ image(s) on our site and we are under no obligation to do so. However, we reserve the right to monitor all photographs(s)/ image(s) and, without notice, to edit, delete or remove any photographs(s)/ image(s) which we deem to be inappropriate.
• If you believe that any photographs(s)/ image(s) breaches these Terms of Use, please report to us on Feedback form, with details of the breach, the username of the person responsible and the area of the site where it happened.
• By uploading images, you permit us and our licensees and assigns, a royalty-free, non-exclusive rights to copy, crop, edit, publish, display, distribute, sublicense or otherwise use the image for the full term of copyright thereof, in connection with the publication or display of the images in all media including without limitation on the Internet, on mobile platforms and/or devices, in printed materials, and in the advertising, publicity and promotion thereof with due credit given to you. You also understand and agree that nothing in this agreement obligates us to display or use your image/photograph.
• You are permitted to use only 5 GB space for uploading your photographs(s)/image(s).
• You consent to receiving product updates, product/service launch notifications, information on services availed by you, and other marketing information, by way of email, texts, voice calls and internet messaging platforms
• You should be respectful in your interactions with other users on the website and not use abusive, harmful or offensive language in your communications to them.
• The Site may provide links to other Websites/Third Party Applications, which are not under control of Sony. Sony shall not be responsible in any way for the contents of any such web Sites linked to or from the Sony India site. Any inclusion of such links shall not imply / interpreted as an endorsement of the owner / sponsor of the site or the content of the site. Sony disclaims all warranties, express and implied as to accuracy, validity, and legality or otherwise of any materials or information contained on such sites. Please also note that your usage of such external Websites/Third Party Applications shall be governed by such platform's terms of use
• You expressly agree to the Privacy Policy, as amended, from time to time and the usage of the site is subject to acceptance of the same.
• Our site is being provided on an "as is" basis. At times, site may not be available or may be affected by faults or maintenance work, or by circumstances outside our control. No warranty is given about the quality, functionality, availability or performance of our site or any content on the site. We reserve the right to change, suspend or withdraw content from our site, to suspend your registration or access to our site, or to discontinue site feature at any time without notice.>
