Wildlife Kit Offer - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   Customers who purchase eligible lenses and register them with all required documents on the Alpha Community platform are eligible for a Wildlife Kit, subject to Sony India’s verification. It is mandatory for customers to update their delivery address while registering the product.
   - In case a customer forgets to mention the delivery address during registration, they can go to their profile and fill in the details within 10 working days from the date of registration.

2. Registration Requirement

   Registration must be completed at: https://alphacommunity.in/register-gear/validate/

3. Offer Period

   Valid for products purchased from authorized sellers and registered between September 19 – November 30, 2025.

4. Kit Conditions
   • Any damage or quality related issues is not the responsibility of Sony India
   • Non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
   • May be substituted with a product of equal or higher value.
   • Provided “as-is” without warranties.
5. Kit Dispatch & Communication

   Dispatched within 45 days of successful verification. Sony India is not liable for failed communication due to incorrect contact details.

6. Delivery Responsibility

   Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including Pincode. Sony India is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information.

7. Escalation

   For non-receipt, contact Sonyindia.care@sony.com or 1800 103 7799 within 45 days.

8. Publicity Consent

   By accepting the Kit, customers authorize Sony India to use their photos/videos with the Kit for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

9. Eligible Products

   Offer valid only for select lenses (SEL70350G, SEL100400GM, SEL200600G, SEL400800G, SEL300F28GM, SEL400F28GM, SEL600F40GM)

10. Document Submission

    Valid invoice, warranty card, and seller details must be submitted for verification (up to 14 working days).

11. Force Majeure

    In events beyond control (natural disasters, etc.), Sony India may cancel or modify the offer.

• Liability Waiver: Sony India is not liable for claims arising from participation or use of the Kit.
• Changes: Terms may be updated or the offer withdrawn without prior notice. Check the official website for updates.
• Assignment: Sony India may transfer its rights/obligations to third parties without notice
• Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
• Acceptance: By participating, customers confirm they:
  • Have read and accept these terms,
  • Meet all eligibility criteria,
  • Accept Sony India’s decisions as final,
  • Will comply with applicable laws.
