The picture was taken in a remote village near Chamba . I was working on my personal project "Life of Gujjars" .In the picture these kids were sitting in a kitchen and waiting for food. The light coming out from the window mixed with the smoke of the chullah makes it an unrealistic scene & gave me a chance to capture it.

Thiksey Monastery is known for its stunning architecture and vibrant colors, capturing the interplay of light and shadow on a dragon statue have been quite striking. I waited sometime and as the subject enters the frame, light and shadow play their part and create a very interesting frame.

I captured this image in winter during my Himalayan Monal expedition to Dainkund Peak, Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. Even after waiting for 3 hours, I could not find the Himalayan Monal, then suddenly I saw the Himalayan Red Fox. The red fox hunted the mouse in front of me then gave me a look and ran away.

I captured this image in Pong Dam Kangra Himachal Pradesh. I observed some activity from a distance and carefully started to move in that direction. After approaching a bit closer to the scene I found a black kite enjoying its meal. I stayed at a safer distance so that I could not disturb the bird. I was all set to capture the hunter with a kill scene.
