An aerial perspective of a Zebra running across water in a tributary of the river in Okavango delta, Botswana. It was extremely challenging to shoot a fast moving subject from a open-door helicopter flying through strong winds and also causing high vibrations due to the rotor blades of the helicopter. The dark areas on the sides of the picture are purposely retained to reflect the conditions of shooting from an open helicopter.

An aerial perspective of the unique landscape of Okavango delta, Botswana. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site as one of the few interior delta systems that do not flow into a sea or ocean, with a wetland system that is largely intact. All the water reaching the delta is ultimately evaporated and transpired. We took an open-door helicopter ride over the delta to get a bird's eye-view of the stunning scenery.
