Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By entering into this contest, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Farak Padta Hai (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) is being conducted by Sony India Private Limited having its registered office at A-18, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, South Delhi – 110044 (“Sony India”).
   
2. The Contest begins on December 17^th, 2025 and ends on February 15^th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Indian Standard Time). Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be considered. By submitting an entry, each contestant agrees to the rules of the Contest.
   
3. Who Can Participate
   1. The Contest is open to citizens of PAN India except the state of Tamil Nadu and where prohibited by law.
   2. Employees of Sony India, its advertising and promotional agencies, auditors/executing agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   
   
4. Participation in this Contest is voluntary. Entries may only be made according to the procedure described herein.
   
5. How to Participate
   1. Participants must submit their entries on their Instagram profile and on Alpha Community using the link _____, along with the Instagram post link.
   2. Participants can submit a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 2 images for each of the 3 categories.
   3. Participants must use #FarakPadtaHai and tag @sonyalphain while posting.
   4. After submission, Participants will be asked to submit raw/unedited versions of the images.
   5. Participants are required to keep their Instagram profile public.
   6. Categories: Tiny World, Fast Action & After Dark.
   
   
6. Eligibility & Submission Criteria
   1. All entries must be submitted on Instagram and online via link __________.
   2. By participating, each Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and all decisions of Sony India and to comply with applicable laws.
   3. Participants are responsible for ensuring successful upload of entries. Technical failures will result in disqualification.
   4. Unfair or unethical methods of participation may result in disqualification.
   5. Submissions must not contain obscenity, explicit content, violence, commercial promotion, or abusive material.
   6. Submissions must not infringe upon any third-party rights, applicable laws, or include promotional material, logos, or copyrighted content.
   7. Sony India reserves the right to disqualify entries deemed offensive, inappropriate, or invalid.
   8. Images must be in .jpg or .jpeg format only and not exceed 5 MB.
   9. Frames, borders, and watermarks are not allowed.
   10. All images must be original, unpublished, and not winners of other contests.
   11. Participants must have permission from subjects depicted and must own all rights to the image.
   12. Images extracted from videos are not accepted.
   13. Images not meeting standards may still be judged but may not be shortlisted.
   14. Entries via agencies or third parties are not allowed.
   15. AI-generated images are not eligible.
   16. On selection, Participants must submit high-resolution images with EXIF data.
   
   
7. Judging Standards
   1. Originality: The photo must be taken by the Participant.
   2. Creativity: Imaginative presentation, unique angles, or storytelling.
   3. Photo Quality: Clear focus, good composition, proper exposure.
   4. Retouching: Minor edits such as cropping, blur, saturation, and Lightroom processing allowed. Significant alterations are not permitted.
   
   
8. Digital Rights
   All photographs uploaded may be used by Sony India for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without compensation. Due credit will be given where applicable.
   
9. Conditions of Entry
   1. Participants agree to indemnify Sony India against all claims arising from participation.
   2. Providing personal details implies consent to receive communication.
   3. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Sony India reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Contest.
   4. Force majeure events may result in modification or termination of the Contest.
   
   
10. By entering, Participants consent to sharing personal information as per Sony India’s Privacy Policy available at https://www.sony.co.in/microsite/privacypolicy/?cid=gwt:footer:privacy .
    
11. Prize
    1. Two winners per category will be selected to win Sony Cameras.
    2. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.
    3. Prizes will be dispatched upon verification of ID and address.
    4. Winners will be informed via email or phone.
    5. Unclaimed prizes after 60 days will be forfeited.
    6. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
    7. Mere participation does not guarantee a prize.
    
    
12. Sony India reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any time. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only.
