- Upon registering the G Master lenses and fulfilling the conditions and requirement(s) set out by Sony India, Customers will become eligible to get a premium Jacket.
- To avail this offer, it is mandatory for the customer to register on alpha community https://alphacommunity.in/register-gear/validate/
- This offer on G Master lenses is a limited period offer and is only applicable for products purchased from authorized sellers & registered between October 5, 2023 – November 15th, 2023. Post this period, no free jacket will be provided.
- To avail this offer of Jacket, customer(s) is required to mention the size of the jacket after registering the product.
- Once the registration is approved by Sony India, the size of the jacket shall not be changed/modified. Therefore, kindly fill in the right size of jacket at the appropriate juncture.
- The jacket provided is non-returnable and no size or other exchange is allowed (as mentioned in point 5). No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed. If the Jacket is unavailable, Sony reserves the right to substitute its product of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
Customer agrees that Jacket(s) are provided on ‘as-is’ basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied India does not, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness, durability, suitability for any specific purpose, performances, or non-infringement of any third-party intellectual property or laws. - Post the completion of registration process and approval, Sony India will dispatch the Jacket within 45 days. Sony India or its representatives/ agents would contact the customers on their e-mail/phone. Sony India or its agents/representatives shall not be liable for any failure to receive any such communication sent to the phone/e-mail address registered/provided by the Participant. Participation in this offer and furnishing of the personal details and contact to Sony India or its agent(s) shall be treated as explicit consent to receive communication at the contact no / e-mail and such personal information shall be processed as per applicable privacy policies available on the registration site.
- If any detail/document update request is raised by the admin while redeeming the Jacket, the Customer has to provide the required details/documents within 30 days from the date of request raised by Admin. No request for Jacket will be accepted after this time period.
- In case product registration is approved but Jacket size is not filled, customers must fill in the jacket size within 10 days from the time of the approval of their product registration.
- Customers must enter a complete delivery address along with the correct Pin code and check it before submitting. Sony India shall not be responsible for any delay or on-delivery of Jacket in case the delivery address is not properly filled/incomplete/not serviceable.
- In case you do not receive the jacket within the stipulated period, you need to escalate within 45 days at Sonyindia.care@sony.com or reach out to customer care at 1800-103-7799.
- By entering into this offer and accepting Jacket, the customer specifically consents to Sony India’s right to audiography, videography, picture, tape or portray him/her with Jacket and to exhibit this material in any and all media now existing or hereinafter created, including (without limitation) print, social, digital media without any compensation whatsoever for such publicity, except where prohibited by law.
- By participating, each Customer agrees to hold harmless Sony India and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Campaign, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Campaign and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the gratification, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
- Sony India reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and to alter or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice. An updated version of the terms and conditions may be made available on the website. It is the user’s responsibility to check regularly, to ascertain if any changes have been made to these Terms and Conditions.
- By participating, each Participant specifically accepts as follows (a) that he/she has fully read and understood all the terms and conditions and be unconditionally bound by them b) that he/she satisfies the eligibility requirements under these rules c) that he/she unconditionally accepts the winner so selected d) that he/she shall honour all decisions of Sony India with regard to the campaign/offer and its interpretation and not challenge them (e) to comply with all Central, State, Local Laws and Regulations.
- Sony India may assign any or all of its rights and obligations under this campaign/offer and these Terms and Conditions to any third party without consent of the Participants.
- The campaign/offer is not available (void) where prohibited by any law.
- The decision of Sony India in regard to the campaign/offer shall be final and binding.
- The Courts at New Delhi only shall have the jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising or connected with this campaign/offer.
Offer 2 – Get 3-year warranty. 2-year standard warranty and 1-year additional warranty on G Lens and G Master lens registration.
Sony India Private Limited (hereafter, "Sony India") agrees to provide One Year Limited Extended Warranty for select Camera Products (hereafter, "Products"), officially imported by Sony India, on the conditions set forth herein below:
- The period of Extended Warranty shall be for a period of one (1) year after the expiry of 2-year Standard Warranty on the Products.
- To avail 1 year additional warranty , Customer must register the covered Product(s) within the period of 2 years Standard Warranty (2 years from Date of Purchase) . For customers registering after the 2 years standard warranty period , additional warranty of 1 year will not be valid .
- Subject to fulfillment of the conditions set forth herein, One Year Limited Extended Warranty (“Extended Warranty”) shall be offered to the eligible customers who purchase Products, detailed below, and register on https://alphacommunity.in/register-gear/validate/.
- For G Master & G Lenses, the offer starts from Oct 5, 2023 to Nov 15, 2023.
- This offer on G and G Master lenses is a limited period offer and is only applicable for products purchased from authorized sellers & registered between October 5, 2023 – November 15th, 2023. Post this period, no free jacket will be provided.
- For registration, customers shall be required to furnish necessary details pertaining to the Products and the authorized seller(s) along with a copy of valid invoice, warranty card and such other document(s) as may be required by Sony India. Sony India reserves the right to review the particulars and documents provided by the customer and accept or reject the application for Extended Warranty.
- This Extended Warranty does not cover any external accessories mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
- Sony India reserves the right to amend/modify/update the terms and conditions of this Extended Warranty and may withdraw/terminate this Extended Warranty without any prior notice. Customers are advised to review the terms beforehand to proceed further.
- This Extended Warranty in non-transferable and shall be valid for service only in India.
- This Extended Warranty shall not cover damage/s pursuant to un-authorised adaptations made contrary to stipulated specifications for the product and/ or adjustments to the product carried out at & by unauthorised service providers.
- This Extended Warranty will be void if the type or serial number marked on the product has been altered, removed or in any manner defaced.
- This Extended Warranty does not cover any external accessories mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
- This Extended Warranty does not cover damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer and / or connection of the product to equipment not approved by manufacturer and not compatible with the product. It shall also not apply to cases where deficiency in product performance is attributable to poor signal reception provided through third party supplied apparatus/equipment or the use of third party software and/or recorded media.
- This Extended Warranty does not apply to normal wear & tear of rubber and cosmetic parts.
- This Extended Warranty shall not apply in cases of damages caused to the product by accident, lightning, ingress of water, fire or Acts of God, improper ventilation, accidental dropping or excessive shock or any external cause beyond Sony's control. This Extended Warranty shall not affect consumer's statutory rights under applicable Indian Laws.
- This Extended warranty does not cover liability for loss of data, recorded image/s and/or business opportunity loss. If during the repair the content of the hard drive/ memory are altered, deleted, or in any way modified, Sony India shall not be responsible. The Product will be returned configured as originally purchased. You are advised to regularly back up the contents of the hard drive/memory to prevent damage or loss of any programs, data or other information.
- Sony India reserves the right to decline the Extended Warranty service if any of the afore-stated conditions are not met or compiled.
- The conditions of Extended Warranty set out herein are not in derogation of the conditions stipulated for Standard Warranty and the conditions of Standard Warranty shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Extended Warranty.
