**About Myself**

My name is Sangay Tshering Bhutia, though many know me as Ludup Gyatso. I am a Buddhist monk, a teacher at our monastery, and a dedicated photographer. My photographic journey began at Exposure, The School of Photography in Siliguri, where I honed my skills and developed a profound love for capturing moments through the lens.

In addition to my studies in photography, I have immersed myself in Buddhist philosophy and Tibetan astrology, which deeply influence my perspective and approach to photography. As a teacher, I share the wisdom of these ancient traditions with my students, while my camera allows me to share the beauty and depth of our monastic life with the world.

Specializing in travel, street, and portrait photography, I strive to capture the essence of the people and places I encounter. My work reflects a blend of my spiritual journey and my artistic vision, aiming to highlight the serenity, culture, and human stories that I come across. Whether it’s the vibrant streets of a bustling city, the tranquil landscapes of the Himalayas, or the expressive faces of individuals, my photography seeks to tell a story that resonates on a deeper level.
