Lakshya is an MBA from one of the premier B-schools of India. He started his photography journey at the age of 20 and officially started Shutterdown in 2013. He is one of the biggest wedding photographers in the country, covering more than 200 luxury weddings across the globe. Lakshya has shot weddings in more than 15 countries some of them namely, Austria, Czech Republic, Thailand, UAE, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Kenya, etc.

In a small span of 5 years, Lakshya has been featured in various journals/media/platforms like Huffington Post, BBC UK, NDTV Good times, TOI, Buzzfeed, Story Pick, ScoopWhoop, Indian Express and many more. Not only features, but lakshya has also won more than 10 national as well as international photography awards.

Lakshya carries out a contemporary style of shooting weddings with more glamour oriented approach. Minimalism in photography and editing is his style. Lakshya's Go to lens is his Sony 35mm f/1.4

Apart from weddings, lakshya loves travel photography and always carries Sony Alpha 6500 while he's travelling.
